Cancellation Policy To cancel or reschedule an appointment, I require at least 48 hours notice. If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice, a fee equal to 50% of the service cost will apply. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged. Refund Policy Refunds for services rendered are not offered. However, if you are dissatisfied with the results of a service, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of the original appointment. In such cases, I will work with you to make necessary adjustments. These adjustments are complimentary when the concern is related to technical or service-related issues. Adjustments are not offered for changes of mind or preferences unrelated to the original consultation. Lateness Policy I allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive beyond this grace period, your appointment may need to be shortened to accommodate subsequent clients, though the full-service charge will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.
